New Member Software

Published Sun 10 Dec 2023

What's changing?

In 2024, FSA is changing our membership management software provider, from Wild Apricot to Revolutionise Sport.

This means that our website, communications, newsletters, competitions, and event management will all be part of one integrated platform.

RevSport is in use by a number of clubs, state associations and other groups around the country

Why is it changing?

The Australian Fencing Federation recently changed membership management systems, which prompted us to review the systems we are using given we needed to either move to or integrate to the new AFF system.

The transition to Revolutionise Sport brings the following benefits:

  • Improved integration with the AFF's system
  • SA clubs can have their own portal within the FencingSA system, providing them with an extremely cost-effective and streamlined member management solution
  • Improved website & event functionality

What do I need to do?

The new website will be live in mid-December, and will be taking registrations for events from January 2024.

  • Your profile has been migrated to the new platform. Later in December you will receive your member log-in details via email. We ask that you log in and check your details to ensure they are current.
  • Registering for events will look a bit different, but will essentially be the same: log in, pay the fee, enjoy the fencing.
  • When registering for your first event in 2024, make sure you do it with plenty of time, to allow you to become familiar with the new system, and in case of any issues you may encounter.
  • Our website will look slightly different to accommodate the RevSport platform features, and will be more mobile device friendly. If you spot anything that looks odd, or is missing, please let us know.
